We collect the information you choose to send us through the estimate form or by phone and email. We use it to answer you and to quote the work. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it to anyone.

If you submit the estimate form, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service you selected, and your message. If you call or email us, we have whatever you tell us in that conversation.

We keep enquiry correspondence so we have a record of what was discussed and quoted. If you become a client, we also keep the project records needed to do the work and to meet Canadian record-keeping requirements.

The estimate form is handled by a third-party form service, which receives your submission and forwards it to us by email. That provider processes the data on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy terms. We do not store form submissions in a database on this website.

At the time this policy was last updated, this website does not set advertising cookies and does not run analytics, remarketing, or social tracking scripts. If that changes, we will update this page and say what was added before it goes live.

Your browser may still store standard technical data required to load the page. That is handled by your browser and our hosting provider, not by us.

We share your information only with the service providers we need in order to operate — currently our website host and the form provider described above — and only to the extent required to deliver the service. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not provide it to advertisers or data brokers.

Our hosting and form providers may store or process data on servers outside Canada, including in the United States. Information stored in another country may be accessible to that country's authorities under its own laws. If this matters to you, contact us by phone instead of using the form.

Under Canadian privacy law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email or call us and we will action the request.

If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, you can raise it with us directly, and you can escalate to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
